We provide both standardized and customized training sessions on Microsoft Information Technology.  Unless otherwise indicated, materials in these classes are based on the MOC (Microsoft Official Curriculum) course materials.  In some cases, practical examples and best business practices will be added to the curriculum in order to enhance the educational experience.

MetaLogix training professionals have the proper certifications (MSCT) as well as the professional work experience to offer our attendees real educational value.

Project Management training courses include the following:

Jumpstart for Project Management Purpose: To provide a core understanding of Project Management to include practical methods and an introduction to Project Management software (MS Project). Audience: Technical personnel that are new to managing tasks or projects; anyone that will be soon managing a project; and junior management looking to understand the core aspects of project management. Description: This course follows the basic project management principles as espoused by the Project Management Institute (PMI©). Professionals will leave with a foundation in managing a project to include getting a project started; planning for a project; estimating project costs; and managing issues and risks. We will be following an example project from inception to creating a project schedule utilizing MS Project. The course includes teaching the basics of MS Project and providing templates for selected project management documents (in either MS Word or MS Excel format).
